This W5500 board is a small SPI Ethernet breakout. The reason it is worth writing down is what CopperPilot got right without being asked twice.
Isolated RJ45 ground plane. Bob Smith termination inside the MagJack. 100-ohm differential routing. Thermal vias under the exposed pad. If you know what Bob Smith termination is for, you already know why that detail matters more than the render.
