MPPT solar charger: netlist parity to DRC-clean layout

A manufacturable 3A MPPT solar charger: 34 components, 137 stitching vias, five copper zones, and zero fatal DRC errors.

MPPT solar charger: netlist parity to DRC-clean layout

Building hardware reliably means checking the work at every step. Here is how CopperPilot constructed this MPPT solar charger from scratch.

Schematic capture: 115 wires, 24 junctions, and 34 components placed and verified against the golden netlist graph with 100% pin-set parity. Physical layout: exact footprint placement, mechanical Edge.Cuts with corner fillets, and 137 hand-stitched vias. Power and ground: five multi-layer copper zones for VCC, BAT, the switching node, and a continuous ground return on both layers.

Automated verification ran multi-band autorouting, copper zone refills, and full kicad-cli DRC with 0 fatal errors and 0 unconnected items. The result is a documented, manufacturable 3A solar charger.
